Enderby in the Prizes at New Hymn and March Contest !

On Saturday 13th June we were pleased to partake in the new East Midlands March and Hymn contest alongside a number of other local bands. Enderby came second overall and were delighted that our star Flugelhorn player Bex was recognised as best intrumentalist of the day.  Our MD Gareth chose a lovely rendition of the hymn St Clements from the pen of Tenor Horn virtuoso Johnny Bates and we reprised our march from Whit Friday - Knight Templar. Some really great judges comments about the overall band sound and musicality of the performance made for a great day out !
